Remote Interface (December 2025)
-
LS-CAT recently retired the remote interface located at lsnode.ls-cat.org. Data collection is now performed using the MXCuBE3 remote data collection application. This upgrade supports use of the MD3 diffractometer and UniPuck sample changer, allowing for eventual sample rastering and fully-automated data collection.
-
MXCuBE3 will be first deployed on ID-D during 2026-1, and then ID-F and ID-G will be upgraded with MD3-UP diffractometers, UniPuck sample changers, and MXCuBE3 controls.
