Select a Proposal

Everything in ISPyB/Synchweb — shipments, samples, data collections — is organized under a proposal. Before you do anything else, make sure you're working under the right one.

  1. From the main menu, open Proposal. This shows the list of proposals you're registered on.
  2. Use the search box in the top right to filter the list if you have several proposals.
  3. Click the row for the proposal you want. Everything you do afterwards — shipments, samples, visits — will be scoped to that proposal until you switch.

Use the search box to filter, then click a row to select that proposal.

Don't see your proposal?

Access to a proposal in ISPyB/Synchweb follows your Universal Proposal System (UPS) and LS-CAT membership status. If a proposal you expect to see is missing, contact beamtime@ls-cat.org or your PI to confirm you've been added.
